Upon receipt of your Wearever or Eversures order if you are not completely satisfied with the product, returnUN-OPENEDpackages within 2 weeks for exchange or refund. We will credit your account as soon as we receive your return.SHIPPING COSTS AND OPENED PACKS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. For an exchange of greater value please include your shipping and billing information, all credit card info including the 3 digit security code as we do not save these numbers and details of your desired exchange items. For the fastest service, make a new purchase on our website. This is the quickest way to receive your desired items. We will credit your account as soon as we receive your returned items. All returns should be sent via Priority mail or UPS so the return can be tracked. If we do not receive the return, we cannot credit your account.We do not take returns or exchanges on international orders.

Delivery and Shipping
Orders will be delivered within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when orders are shipped or if an item is back-ordered. Ordering online will always be faster than ordering by phone.
